AE2S employees embrace others, both co-workers and those in the community, during their time of need and hardship as well as to celebrate life and the communities that we are part of. The following are ways that AE2S employees give back to others:
PTO Donation Program
At AE2S, a PTO donation program is in place to assist those that have to be away from work due to unexpected and/or tragic or life-changing situations that come up with the employee or a member of the employee's family. Members of the AE2S family can donate their accrued PTO to the employee who needs to be away from work.
Employees and their families participate in and raise funds for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life to fight back against cancer.
Employees volunteered to serve food for homeless men, women, and children as well as donated hundreds of pounds of food.
Employees donated numerous “Bags of Hope” for children of abuse or neglect. These bags are provided when they enter a hospital or advocacy center to help them feel a bit more secure in a time of insecurity
Employees volunteered and packaged hundreds of meals as well as donated money to help feed starving children around the world.
Employees not only filled hundreds of backpacks for at-risk children so they could have nutritious food when school is not in session but also ‘adopted’ a handful of children for a year so they could have access to these backpacks with nourishing food.
Employees donate toys, clothing, and other household items as well as volunteer for bell ringing during the Red Kettle Campaign.
Employees rallied six local competitors in a friendly competition to raise money and funds for the local food bank.
Employees donate with the mission of ensuring everyone, everywhere has safe, continuous water.
Through the Camp Braveheart Program, employees took children ages 5-10 with cancer fishing. They became their guides finding them the perfect spot to fish, baiting their hooks, and helping them perfect their casting.
